How long does a bespoke frame take?

Most bespoke frames are made and dispatched within 5–7 working days. More complex commissions (large pieces, unusual materials, conservation framing) may take 10–14 days. We'll give you an accurate timeframe when you order.

Do you frame things other than pictures?

Yes — we frame all manner of things. Certificates, medals, textiles, pressed flowers, children's artwork, shirts, vinyl records, maps. If it's flat(ish) and you want to display it, we can frame it. Get in touch and we'll advise.

How do I measure my picture?

Measure the visible image area (width × height) in millimetres or inches. If it's a canvas, measure the full canvas size. Don't worry about getting it exactly right — we'll confirm measurements before making. Our measuring guide has pictures to help.

What glass options do you offer?

We offer four types: standard glass (most economical), anti-reflective glass (reduces glare), UV-protective glass (protects artwork from fading), and museum glass (virtually invisible, full UV protection). We'll advise on what's right for your picture.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. UK delivery is free over £50. European delivery typically takes 5–7 working days; rest of the world 7–14 days. All frames are packed with great care in custom-made packaging.

Can I return a frame if it doesn't suit?

Ready-made frames can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Bespoke frames are made to your specification, so we can't accept returns — but we'll work closely with you during the process to make sure you're happy with the result before we make it.
